    So we have accurate annual numbers to report to our local jurisdictions.

    We use the same volunteers as previous years(County and City staff)

    2018 will be our first year for an annual count. We are anticipating a more accurate count and consistency with methods by performing the count annually.

    We speak to local jurisdictions about gaps.

    We are currently in the process of updating our plan. We will provide a copy once completed

    It helps our CoC and jurisdictions come to a consensus regarding gaps in services.

    We write local, state and federal grants. However, we have not engaged in fundraising.

    Board Retreat and committee meetings. Each board member sits on committee.
