Assembly Bill 365 Makes sales and use tax exclusions for certain purchases that qualify for specified greenhouse gas emissions reduction programs.

Assembly Bill 580 In line with our recommendation, requires the California Office of Emergency Services to review county emergency plans to ensure they include certain best practices to protect people with access and functional needs.
Assembly Bill 1202 Requires counties to ensure that centers established to assist a community in recovering from an emergency are accessible to people with access and functional needs.
Assembly Bill 1488 Expands the information a county is required to include in its emergency plan to include a plan for moving, storing, acquiring, and deploying durable medical equipment, such as wheelchairs and hospital beds, to serve people with access and functional needs.
