To ensure that it can create accurate annual DVBE participation reports, General Services should complete the programming necessary to include DVBE subcontractor information by June 30, 2019.

6-Month Agency Response

DGS completed the Consolidated Annual Report (CAR) programming and development efforts of the CAR functionality implementation into FI$Cal in June 2019. DGS will continue to work with state departments post-implementation to identify any problems and resolve any production defects. Please see FI$Cal/SCPRS User's Guide to CAR Reporting (May 2019).

DGS completed the Consolidated Annual Report (CAR) programming and development efforts of the CAR functionality implementation into FI$Cal. DGS is currently working on the final testing of the CAR development and the full implementation into production. Data validation is estimated to be completed in May 2019. DGS will continue to work with FI$Cal post-implementation to identify any problems and resolve any production defects.
